Directions for use:
Use as part of your daily oral care routine or as directed by your dentist. Measure out 15 ml of mouthwash, then rinse the mouth, teeth and gums thoroughly for 30 seconds and spit out. After rinsing, do not use water and do not swallow the solution. When used in the evening, it is recommended to apply before toothbrushing so that the fluoride from the toothpaste can remain on the teeth. Once opened, use within 3 months. Not recommended for children.
