Directions for use

Use as directed by your dentist or physician. For maintaining everyday oral hygiene, it can be used 1–2 times daily. Measure out 15 ml of mouthwash, then rinse the mouth, teeth, and gums thoroughly for 30 seconds and spit out. Do not use water to rinse afterwards and do not swallow the solution.

For evening use, it is recommended to apply the mouthwash before brushing so that the fluoride from the toothpaste can remain on the teeth. Use within 3 months after opening. Not recommended for children.
